Refund policy

We want you to love your Charcuteria gear. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Eligibility: items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges: the easiest way to swap a size is in person at Charcuteria, 2104 Vermont Ave NW, Washington, DC. Bring your order confirmation. You can also exchange by mail.

Returns by mail: email info@charcuteriadc.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
